About Me
I’m Hayley-Anne, a paediatric occupational therapist and certified parent coach, passionate about helping parents feel confident in supporting their child’s progress and well-being. I believe in making children’s lives more joy-filled—giving them back confidence, the freedom they were born to enjoy, and the light-heartedness they deserve.
As a parent of two, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising kids. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and compassionate, ensuring that families feel supported while making meaningful progress. I combine practical strategies with critical questioning and coaching to help parents and children create lasting change.
When I’m not working with families, you’ll find me reading endless supplies of books about children and their true needs, cooking, and dreaming of our next outdoor adventure holiday somewhere cold—usually New Zealand!
